3. Informative use of our website

Your IP address will be handled on our web host’s server while you are on our website; without processing your IP address, you would not be able to view our website in your web browser. Your IP address will be held briefly in the web server's volatile memory while the web page is being transferred to you; after that it will be deleted immediately. The processing of the IP address in this context is based in article. 6 chapter 1 lit. f DS-GVO.
In order to make our web offer more individual, we also use a transient cookie in the informational section of our website. Cookies are small data packages that our web server sends to your computer to identify you for the duration of your visit. You can set your browser to allow you to get information on the use of cookies. Due to this, the use of cookies becomes transparent for you. The use of cookies is based on article 6 chapter 1 lit. f DS-GVO. The cookie will be deleted as soon as you close your browser.
Your visit on our website will be statistically analyzed but anonymized. The processing happens on base of article 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DS-GVO.

4. Use of our web forms

You are free to use our web forms at any time. You just register those personal data you consider to be necessary. Mandatory fields are signed by a star. This information we demand to be able to get in contact with you, i.e. your email address and your request. The personal data sent in this form will only be handled to answer your request. The processing will be made in the range of precedent conditions, contractual or following contractual procedures; i.e. sending n inquiry, claim for warranty/guarantee (article 6 chapter 1 lit. b DS-GVO) or for any other reason you may request because of our justified interest (article 6 chapter 1 lit. f DS-GVO).

5. Your liability to advise personal data

If you request us to assist you, i.e. you sent an inquiry, we are only able to act after receiving all necessary information and personal data from you. If you don’t like this, we may not be able to help you. In some cases, due to legal obligation, you have to submit your personal data; but in such a case we would inform you separately.

6. From these sources we obtain your personal data

Personal data received by i.e. email, will be processed. Additionally we handle, if allowed, personal data in connection with an existing or starting business relationship, received from public sources like list of debtors (credit rating), company websites (contact data) or other sources like credit agencies (credit rating). Details will be submitted separately from case to case on your request.

7. Your rights

If you want to know which personal data of you we have recorded, we are glad to tell you because this is your right, according to article 15 DS-GVO in connection with § 34 BDSG.
If you inform us about personal data being wrong, we are obligated to correct them. You have the right for correction according to article 16 DS-GVO.
You have the right for deletion of your personal data according to article 17 DS-GVO in connection with § 35 BDSG.
In unusual cases (i.e. it is not clear that the personal data is correct or not or if we want to delete your personal data but you disagree) you can demand a restriction of processing your personal data. You have the right of such a restriction in order to process your personal data according to article 18 DS-GVO.
You have the right of objection according to article 21 DS-GVO.
A given compliance for processing your personal data can be cancelled at any time with future effect.
If you do not want to receive direct advertising from us, you can object at any time and we will not use your personal data anymore for future direct marketing actions.
If you disagree to the processing of your personal data, the legality of the processing based on your agreement up to the contradiction remains unaffected.
You have the right on data transferability according to article 20 DS-GVO.
If you want to make use of your rights, which is normally free of charge, please contact us.

8. Recipients to whom we share your personal data

We use your personal data within the organization of Meyer-Haake GmbH to fulfill our contractual or legal liability.
If necessary and allowable or legal obligatory, your personal data will be given to third parties or contractual partners.
Contractual partners will handle your personal data on our account and in accordance with our guidelines. Third parties or contractual partners are i.e. public authorities, IT-companies (to operate our website), credit agencies (credit rating) or cashing companies.

9. We record personal data as short as possible

We record your personal data only as long as we need them, to fulfill our contractual or legal liability. Your personal data will be deleted once we do not need it any longer or any law does not require further storage.
Your personal data will not be deleted as long as we may need it for enforcement, exertion or defense of legal claims.

10. Datatransfer

Your personal data will not be transmitted to countries outside of the European Union (EU) or to any international organizations. A processing based on automated decision does not take place with us. A profiling (the automated processing with the target to analyze specific personal aspects) does not take place with us.

Limitation of Liability for External Links

Our website contains links to third party websites ("external links"). Since we have no influence on the content of these websites, we cannot accept any liability for this third-party content. The respective provider of the pages is always responsible for the content and correctness of the information on the linked pages. At the time of linking, no legal violations were recognizable. As soon as we become aware of legal violations, we will remove such links immediately.
